Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
House consider the Senate message (page 2195) on the following at              
this time:                                                                     
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 119                                                            
"An Act exempting schools from certain fees charged by the                    
Department of Environmental Conservation; and providing for an                 
effective date."

There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
                                                                               
                                                                               
Representative Vezey moved that the House concur in the Senate                 
amendment to HB119, thus adopting HB 119amS, and recommended                   
that the members vote yes.
